[Intent to Remove Component] Extending Firefox

Heads up that we're going to move the Extending Firefox product in
bugzilla.mozilla.org to the graveyard. It's been dead awhile and people are
filing bugs by mistake in the product because of the way the bug wizard
auto completer behaves.
