Just complementing my answer, it's convenient to PDA users to do everything using stylus ... but to cel phone users still isn't. Usually, celphone users prefer to use buttons (shortkeys) or has no input device like stylus available. So changing focus through button can be useful in some cases ... But thanks anyway ...
