No, I tried some other things but without success.

My guess was that, since nsinstall is not build for the terminal
but for the PC itself, it was safe to include the cygwin include files
( for dirent.h ). But I didn't succeed in altering the autoconf.mk
file in dist/nsprpub/config. It seems that make did not take my
changes into account, which makes me wonder if that file is used
at all.
