can't build minimo

Hie..
i'm trying to build minimo.i've done with:
1)setting up the build environment
2)pull the trunk
 i wonder should i export MINIMO first or build the
mozilla first?
What i have done are,after pull the trunk,i start a
build and after finishing the build,i export MINIMO by
writing 
 export MINIMO=1 in the command prompt.
I do not understand why i have to move mozconfig  into
the right place.Where is the right place actually?
Another thing is,what is the use of
  -cd embedding/minimo 
  -./package.sh 
Can anybody help me by explaining me step by step on
how i can build the minimo.Actually i'm quite a slow
learner and i'm building it for learning purpose.
Hope there is someone out there who can help me.
