Cool.  What do you think if I changed this to a tap-and-hold?

Oh.  So it is the fact that I am forcing my window to the top that the 
start menu jumps to the bottom.  I have been beating my head on that 
fact.  I will try give some space (26 pixels iirc) at the top to see if 
that makes a difference.  /me crosses my figures.
