Minimo on PPC2002 run error

For what it's worth, I'm having the same problem on my Audiovox Maestro
(PPC 2002) with Minimo .03 and .04, even after installing PocketCMD and
PocketConsole.  Matter of fact, PocketCMD will not run, generating the
same error.  Just thought I'd share the extra info.
