Minimo X86 build

Hello everyone,

At http://ubuntulite.org/ and
http://groups.google.it/group/ubuntu_lite?lnk=srgg&hl=it
we're trying to set up an Ubuntu distribution which could work even on
older, ram-limited computers.

We would love to be able to use minimo on such machines, if this is
feasible. Could anyoe provide us with a statically compiled binary of
minimo for x86? I seem to remember someone tried to compile it from
source, but he didn't success... :(
