To me it implies that they are being used in walled-garden content, not 
in web sites intended for mobile users.  Did I misunderstand?

Gaining traction in the walled-garden "segment" is somewhat of a 
non-goal, as I said.  At least last I checked.

Note that walled-garden content isn't really using a web browser at all, 
typically, so Gecko wouldn't be a good fit anyway.
