SMIL animation preference

Hi everybody,

I have the firefox 3.5.7 version, and according to
https://wiki.mozilla.org/SMIL
i can turn SMIL animation on by toggling the "svg.smil.enabled" 
preference to true.

I actually can't find this preference. There is just "svg.enabled".

Is it normal, is there something i don't know ?
