W3C test-writing event in Paris / Beijing

This is a community event where a bunch of experts from various W3C groups
will be teaching newbs how to write conformance tests for W3C technologies
like CSS, SVG, and others. The goal is to learn, teach, and grow the Web
standards-testing community. If you want to participate or you want to help
