Re: dev-tech-svg Digest, Vol 85, Issue 4

This is a smallish bug that you could look into fixing, if you like:

It's a code-clarification bug that I filed a while back, about adding a
function to clarify how we handle "identity" values when adding things
during SMIL animation in SVG.

(where "identity" = an essentially-uninitialized value that we create on
the fly & need our animation code to handle such that:
    $foo + identity = $foo)
