I'd forgotten (having been doing Solaris and Linux exclusively for so 
long now) that abook.mab doesn't port too well across platforms. The 
reason I've copied abook around is that when you import an LDIF it winds 
up in a "new" address book (instead of "personal") and that makes for 
fooling around with preferences so junk mail and other controls work the 
way I like.

I'll get the thing yet.
