Can I migrate a panels.rdf file from Mozilla to Firefox?

I have a panels.rdf file which implements a custom sidebar in Mozilla
(the excellent Bookmark4U bookmark manager).  Can I migrate this to
Firefox?  Is it just a matter of copying the file or is some more
complex process required?
