Firefox 1.0RC2 and "Open Link in New Tab"

I've built Firefox 1.0RC2 on:
  HP-UX 11.00, 11i
  IRIX 6.5
  Redhat Linux 7.1, 9
  Redhat Enterprise Linux 2.1, 3/x86, 3/amd64
  Solaris 8, 9/SPARC
  Tru64 UNIX 5.1

Of these platforms, "Open Link in New Tab" does not work on the
following platforms. A new "Untitled" tab appears but no content is
loaded in the new tab window.
  Redhat Enterprise Linux 3/amd64
  Tru64 UNIX 5.1

Any ideas? Notable about both platforms is they are native 64-bit. I
don't have this problem with Mozilla 1.7.3 and RHEL 3/amd64.
