Why RPM? Why not Debian's package format? Why not Slackware? ;-)

I find that 'tar xzf' works well.

Check for something like "libflash-mozplugin" or "flashplugin-nonfree".
(One's a Debian package, the other's a Debian-format package in contrib.
There are probably similarly-named RPM-format packages somewhere...)
