I've got a brand new PC, a fresh install of SuSe 9.1, and I've downloaded and installed Mozilla 1.7.3. I installed it to the default directory of /usr/local/mozilla. My problem is that no user can run it but root. I check the file rights, comparing them to another computer I have, and the rights match. I tried doing a chmod -R 777 * in the mozilla directory, and had the same results. When I run mozilla from the command prompt logged in as non-root I am simply returned to the command prompt with no error messages or anything. Anyone got a clue? By the way, the AOpen AX4SGMax II motherboard work great with SuSe 9.1!! Thanks, -pl
