Finally I solve the problem, I need to edit the file:
[profile_dir]/chrome/chrome.rdf

Replace all c:baseURL="jar:file:///C:/tools/profiles/firefox/extension
to path at linux...

This work great, however I wonder why firefox don't move this to
relative path?
