Gpr searches the file /etc/printcap for available printers. So your
/etc/printcap is probably empty. Why that is I can't really say. As
far as I know Mandrake use CUPS for printing. CUPS should generate a
correct /etc/printcap.
So your problem really haven't got anything to do with Mozilla...
