Multiple users Mozilla permissions

Hi/2 All...

I'm working on a WBEL install for a client, running Gnome. I've pulled 
down Moz 1.7.8 and installed it as root. I've run the script which 
should set things up for multiple users. Upon starting a new X session 
under the normal user login (this is a single user box, but for obvious 
reasons, I don't want him to be using root all the time), i.e., startx 
-- :1, and attempting to launch Mozilla, I get a permission denied. I've 
chmod'ed /usr/local/mozilla/mozilla to 755, but still no-go. What am I 
missing, here?

Forgive me if this is the obvious, but recently I've spent much more 
time with KDE than with Gnome, and with SuSE rather than RH or WBEL. I 
haven't had this issue on other builds and platforms. Also, 99% of the 
time, I'm running Moz on OS/2, which is a completely different story. :-)
