deleting your localstore.rdf should reset the window size and window 
sizes/positions/etc of other things as well.  Nothing major.  The window 
size is in there, but the it's not the easiest file to navigate through.

You can also hold down "alt" and click on the window to move it until 
you can get at the corner to resize it.
