Overall it would have been very simple to just export an .html bookmark file, except that for some reason my computer at work just doesn't seem to have a proper "Favorites" folder defined in the Registry. I was using an IE hack called Maxthon (http://maxthon.com) with a custom, shared, networked Favorites folder comprised of .url files. And when you're doing that, you can't get a standard bookmark.html export from Maxthon. Anyhow, what I wound up doing was zipping the whole folder up and emailing it to myself at home, unzipping it into my local Favorites folder, then using IE to export it to bookmark.html . From there it was just a matter of mounting my NTFS drive in Linux and importing it in Firefox. Thanks for trying with me. Cheers Darryl Gerbrandt
