Would it be possible to compile firefox to include PostScript printing support ? I haven't checked 1.5, but the previous versions came with Xprint support only. Xprint doesn't work on a default Solaris installation. A few months ago I spent a whole day experimenting with Xprt and GISWxprintglue, without satisfying results. With Sun's configuration I couldn't get A4 paper format (always letter), with GISWxprintglue the fonts looked horrible. I'd prefer a simple solution to printing with Firefox, that doesn't require packages to be added or configuration changes to every workstation in my network. What is everybody else doing about this ? mp. -- Systems Administrator | Institute of Scientific Computing | Univ. of Vienna
