The "default" minimum font size is "none" and with that the page is 
quite readable.  It remains readable up to 13 pixels.  At 14, the bar on 
the right side shifts to the left and covers up part of the page.  I 
don't know why, but is almost certainly not designed to look right at 
that setting.  But firefox certainly has no way of knowing that the bar 
moved because of the minimum font size, or that it's undesired.  14 
pixels is a pretty big minimum font size and will substantially alter 
most pages you visit.
