Hi all: I've beed trying to use mapquest's (www.mapquest.com) features using Mozilla and Firefox but to no avail. I just cannot get it to work. I have tried on WinXP and Linux, (both Mozilla and Firefox on each). On WinXp mapquest works just fine with Interent Explorer. Howevfer I DO NO want to use I.E., I really like Firefox. I've read the FAQ at mapquest, which says the following: "How can I check/change Firefox image settings? To check your settings, do the following: 1. Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser window 2. Click "Options..." 3. Click the "Web Features" icon on the left side of the "Options" window 4. Verify that the box labeled "Load Images" is checked 5. Verify that the box labeled "for the originating website only" is NOT checked 6. Click "OK" in the bottom right corner of the "Options" window" I made sure the option were as above. Also I have updated javaVM on both Linux and WinXP since I a came across I note somewhere that the WinXP java vm will only work with internet explorer. Has anyone been able to use mapquest successfully using either FIREFOX or MOZILLA on either WinXp or Linux. Any help with this would be much appreciated because it has become very frustrating. Thanks, pw
