Unlikely, there were never many Windows-users of Bugzilla anyway. :-) That's the reason for a lack of docs for Windows, people don't care too much. Things are easier and somewhat well documented on Linux, the only problem you would have ran into most likely would have been the problem with "groups" of MySQL. Depending on the used Linux distribution and stuff.
