Modify (Non-deletable value)

Hi all, 

I have a question, since the migration some "Non-deletable value" have changed.

For example, in menu "Field values" / Status "UNCONFIRMED" and "RESOLVED" are set to "(Non-deletable value)"  and i'm not able to uncheck "Enable for Bugs" in the new version whereas in 4.2.4 "(Non-deletable value)" fields were set for "UNCONFIRMED" and "DELIVERED".

Does anybody already faced this issue and how can i revert back to my initial configuration? Does migration process set default values?
