RE: BugZilla Windows Install issue

I've followed the instructions provided on your site:
https://bugzilla.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installing/windows.html and I'm
having issues getting "testserver.pl http://
<http://%3cyour-bugzilla-server%3e/> <your-bugzilla-server>/" to work. The
result is:

 

C:\bugzilla>testserver.pl http://localhost/

TEST-FAILED Fetch of images/padlock.png failed

Your web server could not fetch http://localhost/images/padlock.png.

Check your web server configuration and try again.

 

My install includes Apache 2.4 with a PostgresSQL server on a Windows
server. I also have Strawberry Perl installed. In the localconfig file,
$webservergroup has also been set to Apache and I've set the $DB_Driver and
password.

 

Apache is running fine as I can get the default webpage hosted by Apache and
checksetup.pl returns green and complete. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
