* the Bugzilla version you're using -- > BUGZILLA 5.0.2
* what LDAP server (OpenLDAP? Active Directory?) you're hitting -> Active Directory (Windows 2019)
* the values of your LDAP* parameters - >

LDAPserver # 192.168.****.***
CLDAPbinddn # CN=administrator,OU=IT,DC=gans,Dc=aero:*******
LDAPBaseDN # OU=IT,DC=gans,Dc=aero
LDAPuidattribute # userPrincipalName ( tried with mail, UID,etc )
LDAPmailattribute # mail
LDAPfilter # blans]k

Version of Perl # Perl V5.22.1
Version of Net::LDAP # LDAPV3


Please support, able to successfully connect to LDAP from Bugzilla OS level but not from Bugzilla portal.

We'll need to know:

* the Bugzilla version you're using
* what LDAP server (OpenLDAP? Active Directory?) you're hitting
* the values of your LDAP* parameters

Adding the version of perl and version of Net::LDAP would be a plus.
