Integrating SMTP Server with Bugzilla

Dear Team,

Could you please help me integrate the external SMTP Server with Bugzilla system,

How do I check the functions ,am getting this error while am trying to reset the password.


Can't locate object method "message" via package "No SASL mechanism found
