Have a look at the thiord image and what it mentions about urlbase,
that is wrong or not set yet in your case and eaisly explains the
wrong links.

Itn might as well be the reason for the missing styles, you'll see
after correcting your setup. If the style is still wrong/missing, have
a look at your borwser's dev tool for concrete HTTP status codesd
regarding the CSS files. Might be 404 or 500 and different status
codes are a hint about what's wrong.
