Is it possible to have two seperate URL's for the same Bugzilla database?

Hello,

I was asked the following question and wanted to confirm that it is not possible to have two separate URL's for the same Bugzilla database?

Wondering what would need to happen to establish a url for CLS that points to the exact same location?

From my understanding, I would have to create a separate iteration of Bugzilla on the same server that host CLS and create a unique URL for that Bugzilla database version on the same server?
