I think we answered this for you on IRC the other day, since someone 
came in with exactly this question. I'll answer it again here just in 
case, and that way the answer is here if someone else comes long looking 
for it.


When you upgrade the operating system, you get a new version of Perl 
with it as well as new versions of a lot of other system libraries.  
Anything binary that was compiled for Bugzilla would need to be re-built 
in order to work with the new library versions.  Typically, this is the 
Perl modules installed as prerequisites for Bugzilla in the `lib/` 
folder within your Bugzilla installation.


The easy fix is to delete the `lib/` directory, then run checksetup.pl 
and re-install any dependencies it now claims are missing.
