Firefox File Association, How to?

Am trying to associate .htm, .html, etc. files to Firefox in Win98SE. 

Using file association I put in "c:\...\firefox.exe" -url"%1%" but
when I "click" on a .html link it brings up Firefox to my home page,
then brings up Netscape on the specified URL.

How do I get it to bting up (just) Firefox on the specified page link?
