I suppose that might normally be a possibility. But this was a brand-new computer, just running for an hour or so, and nothing had been uninstalled. It's probably just a strange coincidence that the Mozilla site was the only site that could not be accessed on this new computer. If they were setting up SP2 or whatever to do this on purpose we would be hearing about other people having the same problem.
