These seems to work here...

(1)  "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"  view-source:"C:\TEMP\test page.html"
(2)  "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"  view-source:http://foo.bar/test%20page.html
