Of course, there are very good reasons to use the suite.  Nevertheless, 
I believe the OP is asking what the good reasons to use FF/TB are; as 
you say in another post, let's not have a lot of "clutter".

I have a different opinion; a fresh install of an FF/TB combo has half 
the hard-drive "footprint".  Moreover, despite being on a 2.8Ghz 
processor and using Mozilla's "Quick Load" feature, there is a 
significant (read: noticeable to the unaided eye and confirmed with a 
stopwatch) speed difference in starting a Mozilla browser and starting 
Firefox.  Of course, this issue may have been addressed; I did this 
little experiment nearly a year ago now...
