And it's happened again (sort of). This time, *some* of my bookmarks have disappeared (some hierarchies). I can't figure out what triggered it. I got up this morning and I couldn't find some precious links :-( I can't find where bookmarks.html is kept, so I can at least back it up. (Windows "Search can not find bookmarks.html, which is the name of the bookmarks file, according to Mozilla Help. I tried to navigate Mozilla's bug reporting system, but I got confused (ok - impatient is more like it). Needless to say, I'm spooked (and losing faith in Mozilla). Nothing like this ever happened to me with IE. Now, I've lost data twice within 4 months! "About Mozilla" reports that I'm on Mozilla 1.7 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040616) Any suggestions are welcome! Regards, Bill
