Check if you enabled cookies for the site, or rather: if you have not 
denied fredmiranda.com setting cookies. Goto menu Tools -> Options -> 
Privacy -> Cookies. Then press Exceptions button, and check if the site 
is listed (remove if necessary).

Otherwise, remove cookies from that site (button View Cookies).

If that doesn't help, try clearing the cache (button Clear in Tools -> 
Options -> Privacy -> Cache).
