I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean: when replying to a message, the 
original message should be included? In that case, check the account 
setting with menu Tools -> Account Settings. Select the appropriate 
account and then in 'Composition & Addressing' select the checkbox 
'Automatically quote the original message when replying'.
