It's a problem with the interface chair-keyboard(alias the user). The change the password in my case is allowed by account settings <<via>> web. I don`t hear the posibility of change mutiples times the password via TB, only via account settings of ISP or calling directly to the ISP. If you type bad the user/password, TB only retry if you do click multiples times to the error dialog, or you don't change the password.
