I experienced the same when upgrading UserAgent Switcher from 0.6.3 to 
0.6.4 (Win2000/FF1.0.2).

Start Firefox in safe mode using Windows menu Start -> Programs -> 
Mozilla Firefox -> Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode). Then open Tools -> 
Extensions and uninstall User Agent Switcher.

Restart and Firefox should be working again (hopefully).

If you have saved version 0.6.3 of the UserAgent Switcher XPI to your 
hard disk, then you could reinstall that version again.
