Note: Instead of "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data" you can use
"%APPDATA%". Easier to type and IIUC more general (some systems like W98
may have no %USERPROFILE% but %APPDATA% defined, possibly as
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data"
