My memory of that bug is somewhat hazy since it's something that I happened to see at Bugzilla, but didn't bookmark or vote for, because it has never happened to me (I had quite a number of crashes with Firefox but the QFA reporting always seemed to be successful). You might want to search the bugs at Bugzilla http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ to find that bug report -- there were quite interesting comments on it, among others about how you could ascertain whether your "unsent reports" haven't actually been received. You might try to include "talkback" in your search words -- that's the "internal name" of the Quality Feedback Agent. Best regards, Tony.
