Try Directron.com.  I just bought a $69 PIII machine.  Together
with a 19 inch monitor and shipping it all came to under $200. 
Works fine, and I just put an existing 30G disk into it.  Staples
has a 60G Maxtor now for under $45.  Just plugged my existing
external modem into it to get here.
