1.  Tested both with Mozilla 1.7.10 and with Firefox 1.7.6...

    A.  The blue line does not show up here when I print from 
        the browser's menu bar.

    B.  The blue line shows up here when I print using 
        the "Print" link on the page.

    C.  Interestingly, if I use the "Print" link on the page, 
        cancel the print, then use the browser's menu, the blue 
        line still shows up.

    I haven't analyzed the page enough to know why.  However,
    it is possible for a page to produce this kind of behaviour
    via stylesheets and Javascript.


2.  The page checks which browser you are using and uses different
    mechanisms for Mozilla and for IE.  So the page's mechanism
    for IE may work one way, while the page's mechanism for Mozilla
    may work a different way.
