Look in C:\program files\mozilla.org\mozilla\plugins and look for a 
file called npmozax.dll.  If you found it, delete it.  This is a 
Netscape Active-X file and it only works for Netscape, not Mozilla. 
If you don't have it, then have you recently installed any other 
Mozilla Active-X plugins?  Also, what other extensions have you 
installed recently?
