CTRL-N New Window _with_ URL ?

hi there,

on IE i liked it, to press CTRL-N, and a new windows was opened with the 
same URL i am currently browing.

so, with FF 106 it opens up only a new window with blank URL (my 
startpage is blank). is it possibile to configure this behavior.

PS. i dont like tabbed browsing...
