Locate your profile: http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/edit#profile

But first, if you're using windows, you must unhide window files, so
see this on how to do that:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/tips/hiddenfiles.mspx

Now, with FF closed locate the file prefs.js in your profile. Make a
copy of it and put it somewhere safe just incase you do something
wrong. Now, open the original file up using a text based editor (such
as WordPad), and locate all the lines that have useragent in it and
delete them. When you restart FF, they should be rebuilt.
