xpcom_core.dll missing

I have a problem with this file xpcom_core.dll. It started when I installed the Beta1 version of Firefox 1.5. When I uninstalled it and replaced it with Firefox 0.7, the problem appears. "xpcom_core.dll is missing" message came up. Is there any way I can fix or find this file in google? Thanks!
