Does anyone know a jscript wysiwyg xhtml editor which works with XForms?

Dear All

I am trying to build an XForm which renders some XML as a 2 column table 
where 1 col is uneditable & the other is where developers etc are meant 
to put the documentation (i.e. it goes into an annotation element in the 
underlying model.

They want Wysiwyg editing & it strikes me that a JScript based editor 
should do but I can't seem to find any which want to play (at least not 
with editing local files).

The xhtml(documentation) would go into a textarea.
